How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Bearsuniversity Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Bearsuniversity Septic
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record, the way you would keep a receipt.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Bearsuniversity Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@bearsuniversity.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like from us
After You Send It
You should receive an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help as well.
