Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use set the ground rules for using bearsuniversity.garden and the services offered through it by Bearsuniversity Septic. When you browse this website, phone the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Bearsuniversity Septic Does

Bearsuniversity Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers, much like a switchboard that routes a caller to the right desk. We do not pump septic tanks. We do not repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, and we do not do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information only. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, with your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Phone Calls and Messages

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@bearsuniversity.garden.
